We decided to go to the new E-khidmat centre as we were trying to avoid offices where we would have to pay bribe and all that. We checked its official site to confirm whether they will make the domicile certificate and it was written that they will. In the morning we went to E-khidmat centre by travelling around 36 to 40 km. When we got there we went to the window and there the women said that we won't be able to make it for you, you would have to go to XYZ office.
