Dishonesty, Fastest Route to money?

Dishonesty vs Honesty, Academic Dishonesty, Lies, dishonesty in relationships, cheating, Corruption and Corrupt nation, PMLN & PPP corruption

Dishonesty a part of faith?!

Bismillah hir Rahman Nir Raheem

My Lord, expand for me my chest [with assurance] And ease for me my task And untie the knot from my tongue That they may understand my speech. Ameen

The corrupt now feels no shame

A couple of days back we were discussing about getting my domicile certificate and where to get it from. We decided to go to the new E-khidmat centre as we were trying to avoid offices where we would have to pay bribe and all that. We checked its official site to confirm whether they will make the domicile certificate and it was written that they will. In the morning we went to E-khidmat centre by travelling around 36 to 40 km. When we got there we went to the window and there the women said that we won't be able to make it for you, you would have to go to XYZ office. Let me tell you one thing here E-khidmat centre was build so that it facilitates every service under one roof no matter from which part of city you come from. After that we went home and after few days we went to the XYZ office it was around 18 to 20 km. As we entered the office there sat a clerk with an attitude of a Commissioner. He said that there was a document which is missing, in reality it was not required. Long story short we got the document and he said to pay him the fee of Rs 1200. Meanwhile I caught a glimpse of official rate list which was on his desk covered by various documents in it the fee was Rs 200.

The Question here is where will the Rs 1000 go? Into how many pockets? How many families will be fed from this money? How many children will be nourished from it? What type of upbringing of their children be? Was this money Halal?

I know many people will say that they can't feed there family they have very low salaries and all that cut that bullshit. I will talk on this at the end.

We always play a blame game that the system is corrupt, politicians are corrupt. We our selves are Angels sent from heaven Bah! Let's see what kind of Angels we are. Our extent of honesty can be measured in such a way that if we find Rs 10 or a ball laying around on the street we would seize it without thinking that it is someone else's property that's how honest we people are.

Honesty of a Student !

As a Student, we can't pass a test without cheating from someone or something it's like against the code of students or something and we call the politician corrupt. Once I asked someone that you knew what the answer was then why did you cheat he said to confirm it. I was like WTH! We make friends based on students who help in cheating and if you don't help in cheating you mostly don't have a friend circle. Later on when they progress, these students do two things:
1) they make connections with professors and the flattery they do My God! They would do any thing for them. They don't have self respect and Don't get me started on professors they are no angels themselves.

2) if they are teacher assistant boy! they are the hub of cheating. Think for yourself how would that boy/girl do when his mentality is like that. They cooperate with other TA's to help them pass in the subject they are assigned to so that they will help them in passing this subject and all that paper leakage and number markings etc.

What if such students in the future becomes teachers, professor, principle or worst case scenario Education Minister😱.

Honesty of a shopkeeper

As a Shopkeeper, If you enter a shop and ask the guy about something first of all he won't look at you he will be busy with his mobile or talking to someone after he is finished with his "billion dollar transaction" he will look at you with an attitude of a Chief Minister that he owns this town. I have lived among multiple nationalities and the best shopkeepers are Indians or people of Philippines they treat you like a king. As a labor Arabs used to prefer Indians or people of Philippines they are cheaper, have less attitude and they are professional in the work they do.

Those who sell Fruits or vegetables on stalls they will never give you anything for the right price and if you ask them to show the rate list and the price is different they would blame it on the "Mandi" from where they get it. I was surprised, I thought that these fruit sellers they are generally  poor people but wait in my locality one of the guy drives a Corolla and owns a Rickshaw and a bike and he is a fruit seller. I was like man he is richer than us.

Things to keep in mind as an employee

Now let's talk about people doing Jobs or the ones who hires you. When a person is doing a job there are few things which should be kept in mind. You are being paid for the work you do so do your work professionally, Stop playing video games during your working hours when there is a lot of work to be done, If you go to pray Salah during your working hours make sure to compensate it or tell your boss beforehand. One should stop flattering his boss, he is not your Raaziq keep that in mind. I wrote another blog on haram in freelancing. Paying someone to get a job or someone who has completed his duty and not paying him his due these are also not good practices.

Small software houses or a scam house

I have seen a trend on the rise these days. First of all everyone is into the IT business these days at every corner you see a software house. If you don't see one then they probably are operating a software house in a house without any board so that to not get any commercial plot fee or whatever it is. What the software houses are doing is, they hire 5 to 10 fresh graduate students and tell them that its an internship without any pay you have to work 48 hours a week 6 days for 3 months and after that we will think about hiring you as a permanent employee. What they are really doing is completing their projects and when the project is complete they hire 1 or 2 people out of those 10 people and the cycle continues. New form of slavery if you ask me.

Maulvis, a business nothing to do with Islam

As a Maulvi, first thing first I hate this word there is no maulvi profession in Islam. I am not against those who work purely for the will of Allah. I am against those having their own agendas who thinks they own the religion.  A maulvi would support his own school of thought. They and teachers are one of the reasons there are so much liars and cheaters amongst us. A maulvi would go to any extent to get his money well obviously he has to feed his family right😒. How come a maulvi or imam of a small masjid gets a Prado or Civic to ride? where does the money come from? A maulvi would be soo busy in teaching students Quran that he would miss the Salah. If he is asked the meaning of what he is teaching he wouldn't know mostly. A maulvi would never encourage you to do something by yourself he wouldn't want to stop his income.

Affects of Haraam income

If I start pointing out every single detail it would take too long. Remember one basic principle if you are doing a work you should have a solid valid reason through which you could convince Allah that I did this because of this. If you can't convince Allah don't do that thing it's that simple. You guys must be thinking why am I blabbering about all this Haram money, honesty and stuff. It is narrated in a Hadith.

Prophet SAW

... mentioned a man who travels a great deal and becomes disheveled and covered with dust, who raises his hands to the heavens (and says), ‘O Lord, O Lord,’ when his food is haraam, his drink is haraam, his clothes are haraam and he has been nourished with haraam, so how can he receive a response?

Sahih Muslim 1015

Lying is not a trait of a Muslim. It is said in a Hadith.

Narrated `Abdullah:

The Prophet SAW said, "Truthfulness leads to righteousness, and righteousness leads to Paradise. And a man keeps on telling the truth until he becomes a truthful person. Falsehood leads to Al-Fajur (i.e. wickedness, evil-doing), and Al-Fajur (wickedness) leads to the (Hell) Fire, and a man may keep on telling lies till he is written before Allah, a liar."

Sahih Bukhari 6094

Aishah RA narrated:
"There was no behavior more hated to the Messenger of Allah than lying. A man would lie in narrating something in the presence of the Prophet, and he would not be content until he knew that he had repented."

Jami Tirmidhi 1973 (Hasan)

Following Deen will make you rich?

Now as I said some of you might say that a person needs to feed his family and his salary is low. First of all May Allah not put us through such hardships Ameen. Second and most important thing is, one should be clear about this that when a person starts following deen he will not become richer and wealthier overnight or maybe never. Why? The greatest person on earth was the Prophet SAW how was his life? was he a wealthy man? did he ever had a food to eat to his heart's content. At the time of death how was his condition but he is still the best man to live on earth. This world is only a testing ground for us.

Allah Says

Who created death and life that He might try you as to which of you is better in deed...

Surah Mulk(67:2)

and

We have caused earthly things to seem attractive so that We can see who will excel in good deeds.

Surah Kahf(18:7)

One more question, In every Salah while reciting Surah al Fatiha we ask Allah one thing

The path of those upon whom You have bestowed favor,....

Surah Fatiha(1:7)

Who are those people who were bestowed favour by Allah? Whose path are we asking for is it Bill Gates, Steve Jobs or Mark Zuckerberg because they are successful people aren't they? Who are the bestowed people what does Allah say.

Allah Says

-they shall be with those whom Allah has favoured -the Prophets, Siddiqeen (those steadfast in truthfulness), Shuhaadaa (the martyrs), and Saliheen (the righteous)...."

Surah Nisa (4:69)

All these people were there life easy? but one should ask Allah of easiness in his life. It doesn't mean that a person should not earn money.

Earn money with dignity and honesty.

If you have any questions. do ask and share with friends.

O Allah! Enable us to see the Truth as Truth and give us the ability to follow it. And show us the falsehood as false and give us the ability to refrain from it. Ameen
